This hotel was well priced in every respect, had decent staff in all areas. Booked quadruple room with tea/coffee making equipment and multi-channel television. Had a varied breakfast with salmon and Prosecco, as example.

The sea view from the room. Thats all I can honestly say was good about the hotel.
Where Do I start? No Evening meals being served. Poor breakfast service. still waiting on my breakfast from 1 morning! No Ironing facility despite it being in the hotel book guide... when highlighted was told its wrong, no apology, nothing... he couldnt care. The bar had no lager/beer on tap [run out!]. bottles only. poor selection. after speaking to the member of staff, its clear its not staff's fault, hotel is being run down for the end of the season..... I would suggest permanent closure. Disappointed as the rooms on the front have a great view and room was fine.

Short walk into st. Helier if you do not mind a walk over mount bingham. Not for those who find walk a problem. Nunber 12 bus stops nearby. Great view from the bar out over the sea. Harve des pas is the only place along this part of the coast that has coloured lights on. These run right pass the hotel on the seaward side.
Broken toilet seat bracket and a glass shelf missing in bathroom/toilet.

Good communication from the outset, met on arrival at reception by friendly & informative staff. Rooms a good size and cleaned daily. Breakfast excellent and served by quick and efficient staff. All in all an excellent place to stay, close to St Helier, yet far enough away to be free from the hustle and bustle.
